- We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network insurance, including M PremierCare.
- Many other insurances are also accepted — we will be happy to work with you to determine whether your insurance covers therapy services at our clinic.
Payment Options
- For uninsured clients, we offer a sliding scale fee that starts at $40 per hour and is based on your financial circumstances.
- Insurance authorizations must be determined prior to your appointment and co-pay determined which is expected at the time of service. Please check with your insurance representative about coverage, deductibles, and copay amounts prior to Intake.
Cash, Check & Credit Card Payments
Insurance co-pay and sliding scale fee payments can be made using personal checks, cash, Visa & Mastercard.
Testing, Group Therapy & Psychiatric Services
Testing, group therapy, and psychiatric services are billed separately at the clinic. Please call for more information.
