Problems clients often bring to the group include
anxiety, depression, difficulties relating to/accepting
self or others, adjustment concerns, issues of family
conflict or abuse, and imposter syndrome. Anyone
interested in self-exploration is welcome.
There are multiple benefits for people who
choose to engage in group therapy. Most often
people say that they benefited most from gaining
self-understanding, realizing they are not alone, and
feeling the support of a warm and comfortable
environment. Other benefits include learning about your
interpersonal strengths and how others may experience
you.
